Returns & Exchanges

At Gold Hinge, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate your return or exchange.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to send back and indicate whether you would like a refund to your original payment method or a size exchange.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
